How can I use beats by dre studios with my xbox?

I know that they sell adapters for it but if anyone knows a link to the adapter. I would also like to know the name of the adapter. I don't want to plug the headphones into the tv i want to plug them straight into the remote but the beats jack is to big. PLEASE HELP!
