My Bamboozle tickets didn't come in the mail yet?

I ordered my bamboozle tickets early, sometime in February when their website was selling them for only $109 but both me and my friend's tickets haven't came in the mail yet and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else also? I figure it might come a week or 2 before the concert, which starts on April 1st but i was wondering if this is normal? Also my other friend just ordered his tickets and the price went up and the bamboozle website sent him to ticketmaster to get them, but when I ordered mine, they were straight off the website, is there a difference to this?
