Lost remote control - wheres the ok button!?

I have a Technika TV/DVD combi and I have lost the remote control and I was last watching a DVD which means everytime I turn the TV it comes up with the DVD screen instead of freeview - I have tried using the buttons on the top of telly but there is no ok button - can anyone help?
