Attorney needed in MD or advice ?

Rental car guy bamboozled me into a rent to own contract and he terminated it he threatens me and today he thought I was taken him to court so he screamed and told me to get out of his car I have been paying him 250 a week since july averages out to 6200 . His car is a 2000 FORD TAUARUS .. THe car hasn't been reliable and he brought it from the auction it has 189,000 miles on it... Please help me
