Bamboozle is in New Jersey, right? If so, why?

So I was looking online and I saw the line up for Bamboozle this year and I reallllllly wanted to go. But then I saw that it's in freaking New Jersey >.> and I was thinking...why wouldn't they have it somewhere in the middle of the country? That way, people that live on the west coast wouldn't have to travel all the way across the US. And isn't New Jersey relatively small? I just think it would make more sense to have it in Nebraska or Colorado or something...
