Can I renegotiate the price of my new car if I haven't taken delivery but have signed all the paperwork?

some states have (peaceable possession) these are in place in case you discover a problem/in other words if you dont take delivery its not your car/this is the law in ny and nj /dont pick it up/call bank or finance company and tell them to stop as you are not picking up the car
