Have there ever been any cancellations from bands at Bamboozle Road Show?

It's rare, like I said: usually only if theres like a family emergency or their van or somethin breaks down. But I kno all the bands on the tour are stoked for bamboozle this year, so they defiantly dont wanna cancel.
