How to get to East Rutherford, NJ from Utica, NY?

Amtrak will take you into Penn Station in New York City. You have to get onto a New Jersey Transit train that is going to Secaucus Junction. There is a train at Secaucus Junction that will take you right to the stadium. You don't have to worry too much about finding any of these trains, you will have plenty of company going over there.
