Is there a way to link two PS3 console systems together?

I have googled and looked everywhere for information, but to no avail. I am going into a remote area where there are absolutely NO internet and I mean, NOOOOOOO INTERNET!!!!! I can't stress enough on that. My friend is coming with me and we each have 2 TVs, 2 PS3, and 2 Call of Duty Black Ops. We might get Army of Two. Is there a way to connect the two PS3s together in a remote area? Any information would be really helpful and I will give +10 Points. Thank you.
