Remote Car Starter with OK/6J, need help programming.?

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna 2007. It came with 2 key fabs (gray in color) for a remote starter. There is no documentation on the starter, but inside the cab of the car the transmitter acceptor (not sure exactly what it is called) and it says, "OK/6J, Made in China" The problem we have is the keyfabs are not programmed and currently do not work. We would like to put this feature to use, but do not know where to go from here. The dealer we purchased it from had no idea...
