What is the process to automatically copy data from workbook1 sheet1 say col 13 to workbook2 sheet2 say col 5?

i have a data calculated mainly from addition & multiplication in workbook1 sheet1 say col 13 now i want to copy this data to workbook2 sheet2 say col 5 such that any changes in col 13 will change the value of col 5 automatically how this is can be done in excel
