Who do Bible believers say Satan invented human evolution to bamboozle nonbelievers into thinking it's real?

Additionally, anyone who doesn't believe in evolution shouldn't get vaccinations because they obviously don't believe that viruses ever change. Honestly, I believe God created every living thing on earth but that He used the process of evolution to develop life on earth. At some point, God intervened to cause man's existence and sustain us through the ages. Humans are short one set of chromosomes compared to animals. We only have twenty-three sets. At one point, two sets of chromosomes fused. I believe that was the hand of God. Others may disagree, but think about this. We are physically weaker than almost every other creature on the planet but we somehow didn't get killed off. We are unfit for survival in almost any way except for our intelligence and even our intelligence isn't that great all of the time, so why in the world are we still here? Also, at the point we lost a set of chromosomes, how did a puny minority survive? Who was there to reproduce with? Only those with an equal set of chromosomes can reproduce with each other, so we would have to all come from inbreds or there was some fantastic, random occurrence where there was a mass mutation in which many offspring lost a set of chromosomes. The odds of our survival were slim to none.
