Bamboozle Backstage Passes ?

okay , for bamboozle 2011 , i was thinking about buying the V.I.P passes. i already know what the extras are , i looked on the website , but i just really want to know one thing that they didnt tell me : can you bring a friend along who DOESNT have a V.I.P pass ? Or do you need to pay another $250 for another person ?
