Is zack merrick from all time low a bully to jack?

i was at the bamboozle roadshow and saw the all time low boys walking around and before many fans came up to them i saw jack grab zacks phone and start playing with it and he chased jack and punched him in the arm. Later after their show on the side of the stage he threw a water bottle at jack an pushed him. Idk maybe they were fighting that day but jack looked upset. Rian was trying to make them stop and jack was trying to hide from zack. He was being pretty mean to him. They arent always like that are they i mean jackd oes act like a little kid but he doesnt deserve to be punched
