How can I improve my mathematical skills?

I have always sucked at math...I know the basic stuff addition, subtraction, division and multiplication...but the rest I suck at it, any programs that may help me? I want to go to college so bad but my math problem holds me back because I feel dumb and stupid, it makes me embarrassed and insecure, thanks guys/ladies.
